SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-wear Prêt pieces ship within 10–15 working days.
Couture and made-to-order pieces require 20–30 days for tailoring and embellishment, as each is cut and finished after your order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from our studio in India, on both Prêt and Couture orders.
MADE-TO-ORDER & COUTURE
How long does a couture piece take to create?
Bespoke garments require a production timeline of [3-4 WEEKS] from the date the deposit is paid and initial measurements are finalized. Peak seasons may extend this timeline.
Can I request custom sizing or embellishment?
Yes. Every Couture order includes complimentary made-to-measure sizing. Custom embellishment, colourway changes or fabric swaps can be discussed with our styling team when you book a consultation.
Do you offer trial fittings?
In-studio fittings are available by appointment for bridal and large couture orders. For remote clients, we guide sizing over a video consultation using your measurements.
PAYMENT & SIZING
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards, UPI and net banking within India, and international cards for worldwide orders.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with body measurements in inches. If you're between sizes, our team is happy to advise before you order.
Is a deposit required for couture orders?
Yes — A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin sketches, fabric sourcing, and pattern making.
Custom Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full upon the final fitting and prior to the delivery or collection of the garment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Return option is not available.
Ready-to-Wear Items can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
Custom & Bespoke Items: All custom and bespoke creations are final sale. Because they are tailored to unique measurements and specifications, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Bespoke Cancellations: If a custom order is cancelled mid-process, the initial deposit is forfeited to cover material costs and labor hours.
Can couture or made-to-order pieces be returned?
Custom & Bespoke Items: All custom and bespoke creations are final sale. Because they are tailored to unique measurements and specifications, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
