Custom & Bespoke Timeline
Bespoke garments require a production timeline of [3-4 WEEKS] from the date the deposit is paid and initial measurements are finalized. Peak seasons may extend this timeline.
Custom Order Fitting Rules Alteration Limitations
Design modifications requested after the final sketch, tech pack, or fitting approval are subject to additional fees and extended timelines.
Custom Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin sketches, fabric sourcing, and pattern making.
Custom Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full upon the final fitting and prior to the delivery or collection of the garment.
Bespoke Cancellations
If a custom order is cancelled mid-process, the initial deposit is forfeited to cover material costs and labor hours.
