At BRAEN-DĒ Design studio every garment is crafted with exceptional attention to detail. Delivery timelines vary depending on the nature of your order.
Ready-to-Wear (Prêt)
Our Ready-to-Wear collections are carefully prepared and dispatched within 10–15 working days from the date your order is confirmed.
Couture & Made-to-Order
Each Couture and Made-to-Order piece is individually cut, tailored, and finished after your order is placed. Please allow 20–30 working days for production before dispatch.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide from our atelier in India. International shipping is available for both Prêt and Couturecollections. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination and local customs procedures.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as our return and exchange policy differs based on the type of garment.
Returns
We do not offer returns on any products.
Exchanges
Ready-to-Wear (Prêt) pieces may be exchanged within 2 days of delivery, provided the item:

Is unworn and unused.

Has not been altered or damaged.

Includes all original tags and packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
Couture & Made-to-Order
All Couture, Made-to-Order, Custom, and Bespoke garments are final sale. As each piece is created specifically for the client and tailored to individual measurements or specifications, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Bespoke Order Cancellations
If a bespoke or custom order is cancelled after production has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable. This covers materials sourced and craftsmanship already invested in the creation of your garment.
