Financial Terms & Payment Policies
Ready-to-Wear Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase before items are dispatched.
Custom Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin sketches, fabric sourcing, and pattern making.
Custom Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full upon the final fitting and prior to the delivery or collection of the garment.
Intellectual Property & Design Ownership
Original Ownership: All designs, sketches, patterns, tech packs, and finished garments remain the exclusive intellectual property of BRAEN-DE.
Trademark Protection: Our brand name, logo, monograms, and signature hardware are legally protected. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Distribution & Resale Restrictions
Authorized Channels Only: Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items may only be sold through our official website, flagship stores, or authorized retail partners.
Bespoke Resale: Custom garments are created for personal use and may not be commercialized, rented, or resold for profit without prior written consent.
Anti-Counterfeiting: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeiting and copyright infringement. Legal action will be pursued against unauthorized manufacturers.
Policy Enforcement
Violations of these policies will result in the immediate termination of retail contracts, blacklisting from future custom orders, and legal action.
